InnerCHANGE Regional Directors

As InnerCHANGE Regional Directors we equip and nurture the mission teams of our order, especially the leaders, that these might demonstrate Christ’s presence among the poor. We ensure that healthy, contextual teams are planted and bearing fruit in effective ministry. We accomplish this through regular mentoring, resourcing, on-site visits, and gatherings of team leaders. RDs also serve as permanent members of the InnerCHANGE leadership council.
